1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "rpvi1", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rpvi1 platform and its parent company, operators, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the website, or uses any services provided by rpvi1.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a player to access rpvi1 services, containing personal information, transaction history, and account balance.

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a player into their rpvi1 account balance via approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a player's rpvi1 account balance to their designated bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm player identity, age, and address.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use rpvi1 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an account on rpvi1, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change (change of address, phone number, etc.).
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rpvi1 is legally required to verify the identity of all players to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and comply with international regulations. As part of our KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiration date.
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face (selfie verification).
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your current residential address.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a photograph of your credit card (with middle digits obscured), bank account statement, or e-wallet screenshot showing your name.

rpvi1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure. All documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rpvi1 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate confiscation of funds and account closure.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits depend on your VIP tier and account history. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB business hours). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation (typically 1-3 network confirmations depending on the coin). rpvi1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed daily, with funds sent to your registered bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum daily withdrawal limits range from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 depending on VIP tier. Processing time is typically 1-24 hours for verified accounts, though during peak periods or for large withdrawals, processing may take up to 72 hours. Your first withdrawal must be for an amount equal to or greater than your total deposit amount to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This applies to deposits made without claiming any bonus. Deposits made while claiming a bonus are subject to the specific bonus wagering requirements (typically 20x-40x) as stated in the promotional terms.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are optional. You may choose to play with or without accepting bonus funds.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 20x-40x the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 50,000 per bet/spin). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.2 Cashback Promotions

Weekly cashback promotions calculate a percentage (typically 0.5%-1.2%) of your net losses during the promotional period. Cashback is credited to your account at the stated time (usually Monday mornings WIB) and typically has no wagering requirement, allowing immediate withdrawal.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets are subject to acceptance by rpvi1. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason. Bets are considered accepted once you receive a bet confirmation with a unique bet ID. If a bet is not confirmed, it is not valid and will not be settled. You are responsible for checking that all bet details (stake amount, odds, selection) are correct before confirming your bet.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority or league. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules (available upon request). Generally, if a match does not complete, bets are voided unless a result is determined according to official rules. For football matches, if 90 minutes + injury time are not completed, most bets are void except those where the outcome was already determined before abandonment.

5.3 Indonesian Market Preferences

6. Casino & Game Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical glitches, bugs, or errors in games or odds.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegitimate sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from website downtime, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. In the event of extended technical issues preventing bet placement or game access, affected bets may be voided at our discretion.

9.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rpvi1, its parent company, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or misuse of our services.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

rpvi1 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your own errors (incorrect bet entry, misunderstanding of rules, etc.).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvi1 holds its operating license. By using rpvi1 services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact rpvi1 customer support at [email protected] with full details. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. 11. Changes to Terms

rpvi1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notice, or account notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of rpvi1 services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must cease using our services and request account closure.

12. Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled and your remaining balance (minus any bonus funds or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

12.2 rpvi1-Initiated Closure

rpvi1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued operation of your account poses legal or regulatory risk. In such cases, remaining balances (excluding disputed funds or bonuses) will be returned after investigation is complete.
